I try and ship within 10 business days although some orders may take a bit longer.
Returns:
You have 5 days to contact me about a return.
There is a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges are non refundable. You must pay to return the order at your expense and please use tracking and insurance for your protection. Write the order number on the outside of the box and return the package to return address on the label.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund.
Clearance Items, Clothing, Feathered Curtains, String Curtains can not be returned.
When returning a beaded curtain, do not wrap the strands around the rod or a refund will not be given.
Cancellation Fees:
There is a 10% cancellation fee.
Free Shipping Promotion:
If you return an item or items and received free shipping on your order, you will receive a refund minus the actual cost to ship your order to you and the 25% restocking fee.
If you need your order by a certain date, please include the date in the notes on your order form or contact me in advance and I'll see what I can do.
